Michael Fux is no stranger to car enthusiasts and the Monterey CarWeek. The american man is well-known for his incredible car collection, which he displays pretty much every year at the Spanish Bay Inn hotel, taking up most of the valet parking space with his cars. Each year, they’re crazy cars. Not only because of the cars themselves, which are always top-notch models (for instance, in 2017, he brought his Ferrari LaFerrari, LaFerrari Aperta, McLaren 720s, Rolls Royce DAWN and Ford GT… among others). BUT what makes Mr. Fux’s cars so special is the color combos they usually have.
Most of his cars are usually very bright, very coloured. He’s not scared to spec his cars in ways that are very controversial to the purist. And the interiors usually highly contrast with the exterior (he seems to enjoy light interiors like white, cream, pastel etc). And this year’s freshly-delivered pink McLaren 720s is no different. I know a lot of people will say “it’s not pink, it’s fushia” or something like that. But sometimes you just need to call a cat a cat. It’s pink. Period. Even if the colour is actually called “Ruby Stone Red”. Here is a video by mister effspot of the crazy car. As Effspot says, even the rear-view mirror matches the paint (because YES, it’s NOT a wrap)
Mr. Fux has been owning the Carweek game for serveral years now, and luckily, I don’t see it stopping anytime soon! He really likes cars, colours, crazy things, and that’s exactly what I love about the man. He clearly doesn’t give a “fux”! Keep it up sir! The only problem I have with some of his cars are the wheels he sometimes choses on his cars. Very american. However, this time, it seems the FuxMan did a good choice on the wheels for his pink McLaren 720s.
