Grocery shopping in a Pagani Huayra
We are human beings, and we need to eat from time to time. Sounds about normal, I guess. Most people do their shopping with their “random” (if I may) day-to-day car. But there has always been that funny fact of going grocery shopping in a supercar (at least here in France, we have that saying that goes along the lines of “it’s to pick up the bread in the morning”). Well, my friend Jason, more known on YouTube under the name of speedracer38 was lucky enough to test out this little theory. He went grocery shopping in a Pagani Huayra. a PAGANI. As I told him many many times, he doesn’t post many videos, but when he does, they’re usually viral material haha.
Jason was lucky to ride in the Pagani Huayra “Gemini Uno”. The Pagani Huayra “Gemini Uno” has full blue-carbon and brown interior. And they went grocery shopping. Well, first of all, I suppose when you’re driving a car like that you have to get used to the looks & people watching the car *everytime*. So when you leave it parked in a public space, expect a crowd. Now the question is, was the Pagani Huayra efficient as a “grocery-getter” ? I guess you’ll have to watch it to find out. Good thing it has those little entries on the side where you usually put your bags haha. All in all, it’s a rather nice car for grocery shopping, provided you don’t shop for a family of 4. Not the best, but not the worst either (provided they didn’t have tons of stuff too).
Little recap: The Pagani Huayra is Pagani’s latest supercar (the “BC” version will be presented at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show – that’s very soon). With a V12 engine giving it 730bhp, the Huayra does 0 to 100 km/h in 3,2 seconds. To stick on subject, the Huayra has some compartment space where you can store luggage, so I suppose it’s always useful in case of dire need.
