This is the kind of video that gives you the shivers. This is the kind of video you wouldn’t have seen 5 years ago. But that was before Dutchbugs. What?! You haven’t heard of Dutchbugs?? My friend, you need to get out of under your rock. Indeed, Dutchbugs is a bunch of owners (I never really understood if there was one guy or two/three friends) who have several awesome cars: at least 2 Porsche 918 spyder, and a bunch of Bugattis (3 I think), including a super rare Bugatti Veyron Vitesse WRC (only 5 units in the world). During 2015 and ever since, Dutchbugs started doing a promo op with Trust Urban, and lucky for us, it includes some of the Bugattis. I even managed to quickly catch them when they visited Paris.
However, this is a whole other deal. They did DONUTS with the Vitesse WRC. The speed at which the car does them is baffling. I’ll let you find that out for yourself though. This is particularily crazy when you know a set of wheels for a Bugatti is probably worth around 40k€. Expensive donut right there.
Little recap: The Bugatti Veyron was immediately dubbed the fastest production car in the world with its 1001 bhp since its debut. It has come a long way with its upgrade, the SuperSport = 1200bhp. The Bugatti Veyron GrandSport Vitesse is the cabriolet version of the SuperSport, basically, and the fastest cabriolet in the world. The 5-units-only WRC special edition was created to celebrate this new world-record: 408,84 km/h.
